Horrible I applied online and a month later got a call back for an interview. The interviews are a group at Tustin fyi it took an hour and forty minutes for my interview to be done with 0 calls back 0 emails and 0 hopes for the job anyway

Then they asked me the worst keyboard questions in their mind that even a keyboard builder would ask you to repeat yourself because I didn't know what he was asking for. (something keycap related but the interviewer couldn't go more into detail after?)... then he and his coworker just talked about video games after I waited a whole hour and ten minutes to get into the room. The conversation went exactly the wrong direction and even slid some sexism into it but we all start somewhere with videogames :). I said I played a (akali?) Midlane character which he responded (the manager) "In the support role?" after I let them wait another 30 minutes of my time in total my interview was AT LEAST AN HOUR TO THRIDY MINUTES LONG WITH NO EMAIL OR CALL BACK.
If you are a woman applying for jobs I am sending hope and love because this job industry sucks.

You'll get an email for an interview, they interview you in a group. You will have to take an exam that has a lot of math and grammar questions. You will have to present one of the other people in the group after interviewing each other. You will be given specific scenarios and asked how you would handle them.

Very straightforward and all behavioral. Cares about interests and other relevant things about your character/personality (how you fit in). I didn’t have the best hours available as a college student so I wasn’t offered a job.
