Multi Step Process - Group and Individual interviews. Individual interviews have multiple rounds the same day - rotate between tables of resident life staff. Louder environment, but nice to have all aspects done in the same place on the same day.

My interview was mainly online over zoom. After an online application they contacted me about interviewing. The questions were very general, tell us about you, and experiences you had with certain situations.

Entrevista
I Applied for the role through the RA website and scheduled an interview, which will take place at a very big classroom at the university. I got hired after the interview. There were lot of interviews the same day since MSU has s many residence halls and required so many RA's.
