I applied for the position after meeting some people who worked for the department. They invited me for an interview as soon as they had a position open. It was fast and convenient. They asked me few behavioral questions and also about my work experience. 2 people interviewed me and they were really nice. They let me know about their hiring decision in few days after the interview.
