I started this process 4 months ago. The company or at least this DM does not seem to be very organized. My interviews all went very well, but If I am offered this position I will think very very hard about it. The actual interview was fine, but it was odd, Ill just leave it at that.

The interview was casual & quick. Everything went smoothly & I was offered the job on the spot.
Unfortunately, as it is a smaller store, I had to decline the opportunity due to the pay.

I was called in for an in-person interview and met, first, with the store manager and, later, with the district manager. I was hired on as a Customer Experience Manager directly after the second interview.
