Online application, very easy, was called to come in the next day. One of the easier online applications I've filled out. The store manager interviewed me, it was short and sweet. Very basic questions.

Just asked me my availability, why I want to work here, and about myself. It was super chill and the manager was nice too. Went in for a day and got shown to the backroom and it was a 10 minute experience. Afterwards they showed me around the store.

Basic interview processes with questions like how do you work with a team, can you be flexible in your work, the hours you can work, your learnability, a time you dealt with an unhappy customer
The interview was very relaxed but was in a professional setting. Nice managers and co workers. They were very friendly to talk to. Many were eager to answer any questions that I may have about the process or the job itself
