I interviewed in person there wasn’t very many questions and they were mostly getting to know me and previous experiences it was a super easy interview that also didn’t last very long

Entrevista
You go online do a small test and survey.Like do you shop at michaels, do yo do arts and craft. Then there is a small test with math, very easy. Then you get a call for an in-person interview. They ask you some questions and then they will hire you. After you are hired you will have to do some basic training like safety protocol (WHMIS), very easy. It only took 30 min.
It was simple and comfortable. I felt like I could open up and get a good amount of information regarding the position and benefits. The process went by fast and the company communicated well.

Entrevista
Fairly simple process. Interviewed with the assistant manager then with the Manager. Basic questions about work history and experience . Also asked about scheduling availability and willingness to work nights and or weekends.
