Entrevista
It was really quick. I was really nervous and my anxiety was through the roof but I really wanted to have the job (since it was my first one). I rushed through my words a bit but the assistant manager who interviewed me calmed me down and asked why I wanted this job as my first one. I just wanted to have some perks through the 30% discount and maybe even teaching people there too. I should have applied for framing instead of sales associate since I have experience from cutting mats and mounting artwork and photos. I feel like sales isn't really for me. She also told me they would make a background check before they would hire me and that was it. I dressed nicely but I think a business casual can work for an interview.

They asked me if I had knowledge about crafting materials and if I liked to organize.
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.
