Got call through consultancy. Good hospitality. Interview questions had were to test whether candidate has knowledge of a specific language/library as opposed to skill set/experience. If you know in and out of a specific technology (even internal architecture which you will never apply in real world) and is comfortable with not learning anything else, this might workout. If you have a passion for learning technologies, then stay away

I applied through recruiter.First i got online test link (Hankerrank). Written the test and it got cleared. Then had called for F2F discussion. Had two rounds .First round was on java and testing activities and bit on selenium questions and some java programs. Second round was bit difficult all I was getting cross questions , All questions based on Framework related and some problem solving questions.After two rounds HR came and updated me saying that you will be having one more telephonic round and you can leave for the day.
I waited for three four days and updated to consultant and asked the feedback. they said Your profile is not machining what they are looking .I was like whats the use of taking two three rounds and Why the HR said I will be having Telephonic round.Its very bad experience I had.
Candidates invest so much time & effort and even finances into preparing for interviews. Once a candidate gives of their time to be interviewed. They should give us the feedback , There no replies from team.
