Received a call from the HR department to schedule an interview. When I came in I waited about 10 minutes to meet with the development manager. Walked through to the development team area and discussed process and my qualifications/what I would be doing on their team. We discussed their teams workflow as well as what areas they knew would require work. Came back about a week later to meet with the director of IT to further discuss my qualifications and the role.
