I recently went through the interview process at Metyis and wanted to share my experience. The process started with an initial screening call. They mentioned they had been “trying to reach me for two weeks”, but once I connected with them the conversation itself was very positive and professional. After that, I was invited to complete a business case. The business case was not particularly difficult, but I invested a significant amount of time into preparing a clear, structured presentation to demonstrate my thinking. What surprised me is that the next interview — a technical interview — included zero questions about the business case I had submitted. It felt disconnected from the effort I had put in and from the supposed evaluation focus. After two weeks without an update, I reached out to ask for feedback. The response came within an hour but was very generic and did not reference my business case or anything specific from the interviews. Overall, the feedback did not help me understand their decision or improve for future processes. In the end, I’m actually glad we did not continue further. Although parts of the process were positive, the lack of alignment between the interview stages and the absence of meaningful feedback suggest this may not have been the right environment for me.

There were 4 rounds aligned with my recruiter (1 recruitment discussion + 2 technical discussions + 1 business discussion + final offer) The technical discussions were moderately difficult. The technical round had online coding exercise which were interesting. And the interviewer gave me an overview of their projects and the tech skills applied.
