A series of questions, when I interviewed it was 5 questions. They start with the panel introducing themselves and give you a binder to read the interview questions along with them. They go over each question but you can choose to skip and go back to it. At the end they ask if you want to add any answers to your questions and why you would make a great candidate. Then close with any questions you might have for the panel.
