Met with hiring manager over lunch. He made a lot of promises in regards to compensation, company performance, and longevity. Felt very much like a used car salesman overselling. If it sounds too good to be true, it normally is. I learned the hard way.

Few months, simple normal questions 3 part interview. Recruiter/HR called and updated me on every step during the process. It wasn't hard just have to show that you can speak to people.
