Submitted application a day before deadline. Pre-screening was conducted 2.5 weeks after application submission. Subsequent interview was scheduled 2 weeks after the pre-screening. It may take longer when there are holidays in between.

Pre-screening: What was the reason you left the last company? Are you okay with working in office 2 days/ week? Interview: Describe a situation when you need to deal with difficult client/ customer.
The interview process was three stages. The first interview was a HR screening call. Last one being a presentation with the hiring manager and another manager. Overall not a difficult interview however prepare for the situational interview.

Standard interview questions "describe a time you did....." all based around the job description. Interview felt pretty transactional, not very personal. . . . . . . . . . .
