Casual and brief interview. Lasted for 10 minutes. Asked the basic questions asked in every other retail interview (Tell me a bit about yourself, commute to the location, one strength, one weakness)
Typical behavioural questions. Only one round of interviews. Asked questions like Tell me about yourself, Why Metro, and whether I was a student. Phoned back a couple of days later to confirm employment.

Everything went easy and fast.Got a call right after the day I submitted an application.Got hired the same day.Did orientation and paperwork the next day and was scheduled for first shift the week after.
