The interview was with three people, including their chief pilot. There were a few of the usual interview questions, but generally it was a conversation to see if you're a good fit for the company. It was a fairly relaxed interview with smiles and laughs, which eased the nerves, yet remained professional.

I had a very positive experience during my interview with Metro Aviation. The entire process was professional, welcoming, and well-organized. From the initial contact to the actual interview, communication was clear and timely, which helped me feel well-prepared and at ease.

Entrevista
Interview process is two interviews. First interview is on-line with Regional Aviation Manager and Lead Pilot. If, selected for a second interview. The second interview is in-person at Metro Headquarters in Shreveport, LA. That second interview has a written test, flight in the simulator, and interview.

The process was well oiled, timely, and generally stress free. Every individual from HR to the VP was professional and welcoming and expressed how good of a company this was to be a part of. Excellent experience overall!
