There are multiple interview stages. I first met with the hiring manager for the department in which I applied for, then a peer interview. Lastly there was a third interview with a Director from a sister department. The process can take a few weeks. From initial interview to offer it was about a month. Some interviews were in-person, others were held through Zoom.
