Applied online and HR reached out within 2 weeks for the first screening call for 30 mins. (typical questions of why i would like to join fb/leave current job and HR explained the role thoroughly) Round 2 interview was scheduled within the same week with the hiring manager for 30 mins. Questions asked : - Tell me about your experience and a particular challenging project which you have worked on - Tell me a time where you had insufficient data for your project. What did you do about it or how did you conclude your results? - Upon joining the team, how do you foresee your typical day to be like for the first 2 months and what will be your focus area (I believe the intent was to understand how would one pick up and what are the plans in place to get up to speed and move forward quickly) - Fast forward to 2 years later, what do you foresee yourself doing on a typical day in the team? Suggest to understand the role thoroughly from the HR personnel in order to prepare the right answers Round 3 was a 4-hr interview with 4 interviewers back-to-back. The interviewers are representatives from 4 different departments. I was given a case study by the first interviewer and questions are given on the go depending on what my answer is. The other 3 interviewers asked more on behavioural and scenario based questions (e.g. how do you proritise in certain situations etc.)

Four to five rounds of interview including hr. Interview asks about work examples on initiatives or stakeholder management and sql technical skills. One or two of the interviewers mentioned there are too many new people in this field and it gets hard to work with hence relevant experience in fintech or BI seems much preferred.
