Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 5 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Meta (Menlo Park, CA)
Entrevista
Really disappointing experience given all the good PR Facebook gets about its employee experience. Took many months, and going onsite 4 times. The final round was 8 hours, and I was told to buy my lunch off-campus. Interviewers had overlapping questions, and half of them had not had time to prepare. They also downleveled my 10+ years of experience to 2 years of relevant experience, so the final offer was a 50% paycut from my prior company. I was told that Facebook pays 50th percentile of market and it is a misconception that they pay more.

I got asked this in 4 out of my 8 final round interviews: Why are you interested in this role?
Nice talk, few talks about the well being tho, more about objectives and departments next steps. We then proceed to discuss the Feta privacy policies and law. We did discuss employees branding and next step to proceed with campus recruitment out of business schools
I had two interviews and followed up weekly without a response. Nearly two months later, when I did hear back, I was told I wasn't moving forward in the process. The second interviewer interrupted me often, and it felt as if they did not want to be there.
it was unusual as i did not know what to expect and was waiting on expectations to arrive that never materialized so i do not know what the situation could really be like in working there and i hope to find out at some point
