The first interview was a preliminary screening interview by HR or a recruiting firm. Then, I had three video interviews; two on the same day and the third almost a week later. The interviewers were all very pleasant and genuinely seemed interested in getting to know me. I believe the decision was to be made by committee.

The one question I can remember answering multiple times was did I ever improve a process in a previous job, or something to that effect. I remember telling one story at least twice and trying to remember the details because it was a long time ago.
