Entrevista
100% unprofessional hiring processes. Consistent lack of communication and response to messages from recruiter and hiring team. No one wanted to take ownership of situations and passed the buck repeatedly, I could never get a solid answer, and they dragged the process out 4 months. Most of the time, I had to do their job for them by calling FINRA about my licenses and getting my drug test information. Not a company I would want to join after the way they conducted this process.

Entrevista
There were multiple phone and virtual interviews: 1. Recruiters, 2. Hiring Manager, 3. Peer, 4. Account Executive, and lastly 5. Department Head. All conversational, engaging, and enjoyable with each person. Because of the multiple interviews the process was lengthy.

How do you handle working with difficult co-workers?
Interview process begins with a phone screen. They will ask basic call center scenario questions and provide details about the position. Virtual interview was one on one with a supervisor. Good conversational style interview. They use the STAR method to guide you through each answer. Wasn’t difficult at all.

Bait and switch, was called in for an customer service call center job, was actually interviewed for a commission based sales job, was told to keep a second job because I wouldn’t make any money for the first 6 months unless I sold to all my friends and family
