I was contacted by the agency director. I interviewed once with her and also the managing director. A thorough background check was done and I met some licensing requirements and then was offered a position as a financial services representative. So far it is going well although the training is a little bit on the shy side. Fortunately I have experience in the industry so it is manageable.
