Me postulé a través de otra fuente. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en MetLife (Somerset, NJ) en abr 2010
Entrevista
I was a consultant for over a year, then referred by an employee to come on full time. The process was very structured but comfortable and transparent. I appreciate the fact that they interviewed others and came back to me, it assured me that the process was fair. I interviewed with my direct leader, 2 team mates and VP. So very through and informative yet comfortable.

Entrevista
Ridiculously long interview process that took 5 rounds over 3 months:
1) Initial phone screen with recruiter
2) Phone interview with hiring manager
3) Follow-up phone interview with hiring manager and their boss
4) Face-to-face with hiring manager; video conference with their boss
5) Follow-up phone interview with manager of an unrelated department
Screens and preliminary interviews were traditional background, skills, resume walk-through, etc. The face-to-face interviews were behavioral, e.g. "Tell me about a time when. . . "
Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en MetLife (Cary, NC) en nov 2013
Entrevista
Behavior-based interview with 2 different interviewers, and the hiring manager. Recruiters often didn't know much and didn't offer much in the way of feedback. I had to find out from the hiring manager where they were in the process because the recruiter was unresponsive.
