Do not go in on-site for an interview tell them you need a phones interview they will waste your time and turn you away. If you're going on-site they are completely unprofessional the interview will start off with the manager looking at your resume and make a couple of comments and some of them are really unprofessional comments. And then lastly he will try to discredit you on the interview even though he called you in for the interview. The interview process was the worst interview and most unprofessional interview that I've ever went on and I would suggest anyone do not go until you do a phone screening first just so you can feel them out and if they tell you they can't they're lying because they can and at that point don't wast your time.
