There were three rounds of interviews, starting with a phone screen, then an in-depth phone interview, and finally a video call. The questions became more and more complex with each round. In the first round, it was general questions about my prior experience, but the final interview asked more role-related questions and concluded with an editing test to prove your skills. The time to wait between interview rounds was very long.
