Thorough - too thorough. One of the interviewers was immediately very judgmental of me as I was female. They sat silently and awkwardly in a room with me, not making any conversation and made the whole process pretty cold and uncomfortable. I did a lot of homework after seeing the reviews on Glassdoor and had worked in digital before, however they expect you to know every element of PPC as well as have extremely strong mental maths, which they put you on the spot with. This was 2nd stage for me.
Simple process starting with basic questions about the role, then moved on to group part of the interview and lastly a presentation type interview closely related to the role. Pleasant and comfortable experience.

Interesting questions, there were 4 stages of the interview and they were asking meaningful questions with regards to my personality in order to get to know me and also in depth marketing questions because of my experience.
