The interview process is three stages after your CV and cover letter has been sent in. The first, for me, was an online digital interview that lasted around 15 mins asking about Uni choices, and a couple of PPC questions where the prep was timed so you needed to do prior research. The next stage is a group assessment day where you prep a few questions, plus need to do research about PPC. Really do your research so you have lots to say for your one PPC question and show that you're really passionate about it. There's also a quick group task which is mainly to see whether you can work well in a team. The final stage saw me having to prepare a PPC campaign for a real company and present for around 15 mins to two members of senior management. This was followed by a tricky question and answer session, where you really needed to have done your research. Lastly it was general motivation questions etc. At each stage interviewers made you really relaxed and were all really kind so it helps to put you at ease. No point in applying if you aren't really passionate about PPC I would say.
