Worst interview process I have ever faced so far, Firstly they called me and said that your resume has been shortlisted and then they sent me a stupid aptitude and reasoning online exam link. that didn't work for 2 days. after 2 days they called me and sent me another link. I thought this test may be some behavioral or design thinking test. The first red flag here and after qualifying the test they put a telephonic interview for the technical round but this guy is somewhat cool and nice after clearing this interview they called me asked to come to Hyderabad for one more round. Firstly I hesitated to come to Hyderabad as I was living in Bangalore. HR convinced me to come to Hyderabad as we provide Travel Reimbursement so that you won't get a burden. I thought it was cool I said ok and I went to Hyderabad. here comes the story after going there they took all my academic documents and handed me a paper where you need to fill all your academic scores from 10th to graduation, even IIT, AIEEE, and Eamcet scores, I was shocked why they are asking me to fill these many things. I thought maybe company rule. I said okay after that they sent me to a technical manager to last round for the interview he is the worst manager I have ever seen maybe he still in IIT days . he is bragging me about how the company is etc, etc after that they called me and said your percentage is not meeting our criteria . you are rejected. I was shocked and sent me a mail that your academic percentage is low we won't reimburse travel expenses too. I was humiliated. here to mention about HR's they didn't even lift your calls. this company looks like a sales company. If you want the candidates with higher percentages you should have said in an initial stage without wasting your time and ours especially. these people think it is a Microsoft or Google. the interview process is so easy even 7th-grade student can easily crack your interview . people coming to attend these interview from other states please don't go and waste your valuable time and money. especially, designers, you won't learn anything for sure
