A recruiter had contacted me. He was great. He gave me a pre-interview over the phone to vet me for the position before he decided I would be a good fit and wanted to set up an in person interview. I went in for the interview and talked with three different people. They all seemed nice, although a little uptight. I walked out of the interview feeling good, but I never heard back from them good or bad, which I find extremely rude.

I had a phone screen with The Recruiter Director, he liked what he heard and had me phone screen with the internal recruiter. Following that phone screen I then phone screened with the Team Lead Recruiter.
I had an hour for the interview, time ran out prior to being able to ask questions.. therefore I emailed them. At first glance the answers sounded okay. But after more review and analyzing, it was very apparent that there was A. No work life balance B. Shade within the company (referring to speaking on past employees) and C. Unrealistic metrics within the field.
Not to mention there was not set compensation each time I asked.
My eagerness quickly turned to no interest of the company nor the position. Therefore I withdrew my interest prior to the last phone screen with 3 people.
I went through 4 rounds of interviews. After each interview they expressed interest in hiring me and gave positive feedback. I was interviewed by 5-6 people on the fourth round, but wasn't extended an offer. None of the questions I was asked were too difficult and they were mostly behavioral and situational.
