The interview process was not the best. I felt the actually interview went very well and good feedback from the interviewers ...but they had no follow up process. It was a bit misleading as their conversations did not match their decision! Found out thru an automated message my candidacy was declined. How UNPROFESSIONAL! They should already follow up directly with candidate to give them update... a candidate takes time out of work and personal schedule to come meet their team and sending an automated message is very disrespectful! Even after asking for feedback they refuse to get back to me. Learn how to respect your candidates !!!! Very disappointing!!!
