Applied online, met with recruiter, met with hiring manager, met with counterpart. Counterpart was super arrogant and seemed uninterested in the conversation. Spoke about themselves for more than half the interview then had time to ask me 1 question. If you’re going to have this person’s opinion matter, make sure they know how to interview and some questions to ask. Frustrating to go through 3 interviews to be rejected after this one when it felt like I didn’t even have a chance to share anything about my experience, skills or fit.
