I applied online, 4 days later i recieved a phone call which was badically a screening procedure, three days later i was invited for an interview. 2 weeks after the interview i received a phone call with the outcome of the interview. The interview panel included the laboratory manager and head of HR , both were super friendly. When you are invited to an interview, you will be sent an email with everything you'll ever need to prepare for the interview, and honestly you only need to stick to their tips for preparation and you'll do well.
