The interview was a three person panel interview. Two people were associate directors and the other was a director. The interview lasted 45 minutes, and all the interviews took turns adding questions. There were 3-4 general behavioral questions and the rest were specific marketing/ role-related questions. You needed to have reviewed your job to be able to answer these effectively.
