I had interviews for 6 different internship positions within Merck. Most were behavioral style interview questions. Depending on the position, I had 1-4 interviewers that were all potential supervisors for the position. It was a one-step Webex interview that was coordinated a few days in advance. I received two offers less than a week after interviewing for the respective positions and never heard back from either Workday, interviewers, or recruiters regardless on the other ones. Overall, it was an easy process but if they don't choose to move forward with you, you might not get any kind of communication back.
