Typically there will be a phone interview first, followed by a face to face with two to three additional managers. Afterwards they meet and discusses the candidates and submit to HR for a background check and and thorough review it is - honesty is the best policy. Once you have cleared and offer will be made.

Initial contact was through online job portal. Received a call from HR for an initial interview via phone. Then came in in person for interview with regional manager. There were several tests on math and other IQ criteria
