One of the recruiter called me on my phone. She asked some general questions related to my resume and the job descriptions. A couple later, I had a phone interview with a manager. We talked on the phone for about 40 minutes about the job, my skills and some on-phone technical interview questions. Then I was invited to Merchant Link office for a in-person interview. They asked me questions related to real company issues. How could I solve it if I was there for the job. This in-person interview took around 1h30m. Finally, I got the job offer around a week after the last round of interview. The whole process since the recruiter lady called me until my first day of working took around 3 weeks.
