3 step process for college placement, hard aptitude test and interview is also hard. The aptitude test consisted of 3 sections- aptitude, reasoning and English. No of questions were more and time was less. Totally secured and surveillance was done to ensure no cheating during the test.

I had two calls total. One with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager. Both were very friendly and conversational. After he call with the the hiring manager the recruiter told me he heard it went well. A month went by and every reach out I have sent has been ignored. Incredibly unprofessional just to ghost a candidate rather then just letting them know you would not be moving forward.
