total 4 rounds 1. HR round 2. Written round involving financial knowledge 3. Technical round with the Operations Managers involving questions spanning across Finance domain. 4. Last round is with the Group Manager involving small introduction and few technical questions.

First step: computer based test of quantitative and written skills. Questions are directly linked to what you'll be doing day to day. Second/third steps: phone interview then 1-1 then panel interview with team. Hiring can be a long process since senior staff is often traveling. Once hired, not much room for negotiation and start date pretty much immediate.
