The interview was overall good with all types of questions. It was for 45 minutes. Overall had a good experience. Good company. The questions were related to previous experience and behavioural based.

How i managed the difficult task and what steps i took?

The interview was initially over the phone - a “screening” call which took about 15 minutes and was pretty straightforward questions like previous experience and do you know anyone at the company etc
The interview was two weeks later which they confirmed within 3 days of that screening call.
The interview lasted an hour and I was asked questions about how I would deal with customer complaints and to give examples of how I have worked well under pressure etc
It took 4 weeks to hear back by which time I had found another job.

its a quick process with two managers asking various questions about work background and call center experience . once hired the training is fast paced so pay attention and it will make the work at easier . the work is contracted work and make sure you licenses stay current or you will not get the bonus.
