Tl;dr: I was ghosted by this company. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Applied for position and got a call about a month later asking for a phone screen that same day. Waited about another month before having an interview scheduled. It was a Zoom Video interview with 5 different current employees spread over 1.5 hours. Reached out to the recruiter/HR rep after the interview to express my thanks and ask about next steps. No response for over 3 weeks. Reached out two more times with no response. Being ghosted this way reflected extremely negatively on my views of the company. It's not about whether or not you get an offer - it's about professionalism. This is not the only company that has ghosted me as an applicant lately, but it was quite surprising considering they are under the umbrella of such a large and well-respected consulting firm.
