The hiring process consisted of multiple interviews with individuals at a Principal or Pertner level, phone interviews with HR, a personality test (to determine suitability), a psychological interview, and math and essay exams.

Entrevista
Phone screen, video with three partners, phone follow up, call with recruiter and HR. Interview was meaningful yet low stress due to quality of team. Felt very comfortable and learned a lot.

Entrevista
I have had three 1:1 Interviews. Each interviewer was on time, they were engaged, and did not make me feel like I was being interrogated. I also appreciated that I was treated as an equal, and did not feel as though people were down-talking me. The interviews did not make assumptions about what I knew, or use company jarragon that an external person wouldn't know.
