Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Mercer Advisors en sept 2018
Entrevista
2 phone interviews, one in person interview. Skills test at the conclusion of in person interview that involved writing a letter to a new client welcoming them and an excel portion that was mostly data entry, with some basic excel calculations. Overall, not bad.
Incredibly personal, friendly, and conversational. Everyone I spoke with was interested in why I wanted to work in the financial industry and at Mercer specifically. It really seemed like they wanted to find the right fit for both parties.

Why do you want to work in the financial advising business?

Went through three interviews. First was a call, second and third meetings were at the office. They are expanding and looking to get new teams in place. The office was nice but there were a bunch of offices with no activity, looked like a ghost town. We talked about my resume and the job duties in the first in person meeting. Second meeting I took a test and met with two advisors to see if I'd be a good fit on their team. One advisor came in late and left early. The second advisor didn't know why she was there in the first place, we both guessed that it was to see if we were a good fit for each other. I was told that I'd be invited back to be introduced to other teams but never got a call back. I never heard back from them. I sent a follow-up email to the intial recruiter - no response. I then sent an email to the primary interviewer at the office - again, no response. This was an over all negative experience for me because they didn't have the gumption to communicate with me and tell me I didn't get the job. I spent over 4 hours with them and the least they could do is have the professional decency to respond and tell me I didn't get the job. I understand that it's a difficult conversation to tell someone they didn't the job but send an email at the very least. Pay is $50,000 - Houston, TX
Update - 10/30/18 - about a month later from the last interview I have now received notification of not getting the job. I figured as much and ended accepting an offer else where but it's still nice to have gotten the communication.
