Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Meraki (San Francisco, CA) en abr 2016
Entrevista
30 minute phone call with Cisco sales recruiter
30 minute phone call with hiring manager
~2 hour on site interviews with 4-5 managers, including hiring manager
Phone calls are pretty simple and straight-forward. Know your numbers, what you've achieved, what you know you delivered in the past, and prepare good questions.
Cisco's recruiters will work with you closely, if you pass the first phone call. They give you an idea of what each interview will be like. Make sure to use the recruiters as a resource to perfect your interviews.
On-site interview was the hardest part. It was more tiring because you talk to 4-5 people, one after another. They each focus on a specific topic, and you have to keep your energy high if you'd like to get the job. Make sure to close each one of them. Prepare good questions. Know what Meraki does. They want to see that you are intelligent enough to look information up on your own and learn about the company.
Prepare and you will be set!

The interview process was the most transparent and professional of any company that I've applied for in the past.
The process consisted of 6 interviews: 2 over the phone and 4 in person
- one with a recruiter who makes sure you have the qualifications for the position, and asks basic questions about your resume/how your experiences can apply to the ADR position at Meraki
- one with an ADR manager that asks about product knowledge and gets a feel for your phone presence
- the next four are done consecutively with 30 mins to speak to managers on the ADR and Sales teams with each focusing on a different aspect of the job
I was in communication with a Meraki recruiter throughout the process who made the process so easy. She was always available to answer questions and prepare me for the next round with tips and a breakdown how the process would work. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful recruiter.

I was very impressed with Meraki's interview process. I have never interviewed with a company that was so organized and on top off things. Throughout the entire process, my personal recruiter was frequently in contact with me, answering any questions I had, making sure I knew exactly what to expect, and giving me feedback within a day or two after the interviews on comments from the interviewers. I had previously met my manager, but for the interviewing process, I had a phone 1:1 and then an in-person day of interviewing with 4 different managers. Overall, I was very impressed with the process.
