Online application form and a teams interview with 2 managers. STAR based interview. Relaxed and enjoyable process, very personable. Upon receiving an offer a minimum of 2 references are required, attendance required to provide proof of identification in order to submit an online DBS. Very straight forward through your Mencap account.

The interview is professional by asking about your skills,experience and alot of scenario too.The time frame is ok too and the there are two interviewal asking the questions. I was called I passed the first stage the same day and looking forward to do the 2nd stage.
