Applied for manager trainee program. Required by policy to follow up ASAP for position. Had a scheduled interview within 3 days. Interviewed w/ HR then second interview with store management.

Entrevista
The interview is a fairly easy process. If you have the necessary qualifications, and a sincere interest in the business, you should be able to land the job without a problem. You will be expected to move after the initial program and have to pick markets which you are interested in. You will then be expected to continue moving upon further promotions.
