Online application. Call back about 1.5 weeks later asking me to come in for an interview. Interview was with three current employees, including assistant store manager. Asked about availability and general sales related questions. There was an additional 2 page screening I had to fill out when I arrived that was all about illegal drug use and alcohol. Interview lasted about 40 minutes. This was because I kept the conversation going. Otherwise, I think the interview would have lasted about 20 minutes. Once they decided they liked me, they asked if I would be willing to do a UA. I went directly from the interview to the UA.
