They ask very general questions. The interview process is very easy. If you are willing to work long hours for low pay for a year you will eventually start to see improvements in your pay. The only problem with that is the more you move up in the organization the longer you have to work. All of the general managers work over 55 hours a week. This job is very time consuming and will be your entire life but after a year you should expect 45,000-60,000.

Interview Process was very easy. Had a sit down with HR then met with General manager. Was offered position within week of the interview. Was asked very basic questions. Was overall a positive interview process.

It was fairly easy. You apply online, then have a brief phone call followed up by an in person interview. The in person interview was fairly in depth. You must start as a lowly manager trainee before moving up within the company.
