The HR Coordinators at two different stores both contacted me within a day of submitting my application. It was obvious that they were strained for possible people for this role. An assistant general manager and the HR coordinator interviewed me together and offered me the role on the spot.

Very casual and easy interview process. There was a survey to fill out that was focused on theft, drugs, alcohol, violence and fighting. The survey had some very shocking questions. But the manager said they don't necessarily have issues, it was just an old survey the owner created.
