Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I was well prepared for my phone interview conducted by the Marketing Director. She called 30 minutes late (I get it, we are all busy), and proceeded to tell me, she had not reviewed my resume................................I knew then, I was wasting my time. Th interview was rushed and lasted 9 minutes to be exact. I did not get chance to review and talk about my skills, due to the fact she hadn't read my resume and she seemed to have been in a hurry. For being a Marketing Director, it is absolutely unprofessional. I'm sorry I even have to leave this review, but I want other candidates to be aware of what seems to be their process. Don't waste your time.
