Filled out the application, waited until the app period was over, got invited to interview at match day. At match day, it was a panel interview with the higher-ups of each location. Some people were asked back for second interviews, and I heard others were hired that day. Others were told they'd hear back in the next 48 hours.

Fairly easy, typically graduate nurse interview. Tell me about yourself, situation questions. Contract will be sent within a couple of days and you only have a few days to make a decision on the offer

I interviewed virtually for the PICU at children's memorial hermann. Interview lasted 15 minutes w/ panel of 4 including managers and educators. They were very kind and made me feel comfortable by tailoring behavioral questions to correlate with my experiences on my resume.

I applied online, a few weeks later was asked to answer some behavioral assessment questions, then was invited to Match Day for an Interview. Heard back within one week. The interviewer was amazing and made me feel very comfortable!
