3 step interview process with 3 different managers, quick, laid back, friendly, asked a lot of questions about myself, they make sure you understand they are all about family, they explain pay and raises, 12 point system
The process was fairly simple. I was brought into the store and given a tour of the breakroom area, and then escorted to the front-end for the interview. It was conducted in the front-end office between myself and the hiring manager.
